Do you have gift cards?

No, not at this time, but we're working on making that available in the near future!

Do you have vegan or gluten free options?

No, unfortunately at this time we do not offer any vegan or gluten free options on our menu.

If you have allergen concerns, please ask our Guest Experience Team Members for assistance guiding you through our menu or view our allergen sheet here. Please note that all our donuts are made on the same equipment and in the same workspace so, unfortunately, there is possibility of cross contamination, and our facilities are not gluten free/vegan facilities. So, we ask you to please share any questions or requirements prior to ordering.

Are your donuts made fresh daily?

Yes! Our donuts are made fresh daily to ensure you can enjoy your donuts at its peak freshness.

PRE-ORDERS & CATERING

How do I place a pre-order or large order?

You can fill out our catering form under our catering page of our website or call us at (805)736-9017 ahead of time at least 24-48 hours in advance. We also require at least 50% deposit for any pre-orders in advance (the other 50% to be paid upon pick up), payment can be accepted in-person or over the phone currently.

Does Lompoc Donuts offer catering for weddings, parties, and corporate events?

We are able to cater for large orders for weddings, parties and corporate events for pickup, please contact us at least 24-48 hours in advance to place an order. We do not offer delivery for any custom orders, but for our regular menu, you can place an order via Doordash for delivery in advance. (Please note that the earliest time pick up or Doordash delivery for any pre-orders placed through Doordash would be 5:30-5:45am.)

When should I place a pre-order?

The earlier the better! It helps us prioritize orders and ensures that every order submitted can be fulfilled. To better serve you, we recommend at least 24-48 hours in advance to make sure we get your order processed and ready to go! Any large orders over 10 dozen should be placed at least 72 hours (earlier is even better) in advance.

Do you have nutrition info on your donuts?

At the moment, we do not have specific nutritional information on our menu items. With that said, we can tell you that our donuts (crossiants and coffee) use nothing but the highest quality ingredients possible, are free of any preservatives, and made in-house.

Do you offer any clothing or retail merchandise I can purchase?

No, not at this time. However, we are developing some merchandise to launch in the near future. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to find out when our merchandise launches!

Do you ship your donuts?

Because we cannot guarantee the same quality and experience you'd receive in-store, we currently do not ship our donuts. If this changes in the future or we invent a teleportation device, we will update our website and share more information to get our donuts to you asap. Until then, we hope to see you at our store in-person or you can simply order delivery from us via Doordash soon!
